Delta Reality is looking for a talented and highly organized Project Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a project manager who will join our team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality software & experiences to our clients. Our ideal candidate is experienced in account management and project management within the digital industry.  If you are a mastermind in management, organization and execution, apply for the job! 


Desired skills and characteristics for the candidate are: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects within IT agency and/or game studio 
  • experience with project management methodologies
  • ability to visualize and effectively communicate about the big picture vision and goals of a project while also demonstrating great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • clear focus on people and communication; an ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with a team
  • a clear understanding of other teammates' roles and how to enable them to produce their best work together: design, content and development
  • ability to successfully scope and estimate digital products
  • be comfortable setting clear boundaries, liaising and negotiating with the team, executive decision makers, contractors, vendors, and clients
  • ability to self-manage and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • ability to learn new content domains quickly and solve problems creatively
  • attention to quality delivery and follow-through
  • experience and proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), online collaboration tools (Slack, G Suite) and online PM tools (JIRA)
  • excellent command of written and spoken English and Croatian 
  • driving license and willingness to travel


It is a bonus if you:

  • are experienced with leading VR/AR projects
  • Speak German fluently
