Delta Reality is looking for a talented Software Engineer experienced in Unity 3D (C#) to join our team!

As a Unity Developer at Delta Reality, you'll have the opportunity to work on Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality applications using the latest hardware (Meta Quest, Pico, etc.). You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, 3D artists, and designers to deliver interactive experiences for various industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing interactive applications using Unity 3D and C#

  • Working with VR/AR hardware and SDKs

  • Collaborating with designers and artists to bring immersive experiences to life

  • Participating in brainstorming, architecture planning, and code reviews

  • Optimizing application performance across platforms (mainly standalone VR devices)

Desired Skills & Characteristics:

  • At least 3 years of experience developing Unity 3D applications (C#)

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (developers, artists, designers)

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and iterative environment

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

  • A genuine passion for immersive technologies, gaming, or real-time 3D

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience developing for mobile platforms (iOS/Android)

  • Knowledge of VR/AR SDKs (OpenXR, Oculus SDK, AR Foundation)

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Plastic)

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
